In the fourth quarter of 2020, Brazil's consumer finance app sector witnessed significant activity across several leading applications. Utilizing data sourced from Sensor Tower, we can observe the performance trends of the top five consumer finance apps in the region.

PicPay: Conta, Pix e Cartão experienced an impressive surge in downloads, starting from 359K in the last week of September and reaching a peak of 1.83M in the first week of December. The app's weekly active users also showed growth, with a steady increase from 8.79M to a peak of 10.83M in the same period.

Nubank - Conta e Cartão, another significant player, started the quarter with 487K downloads and saw a gradual increase, peaking at 578K in mid-December. The app's active users reflected a consistent upward trend, starting at 20.37M and growing to a high of 22.69M by the end of November.

CAIXA, published by Caixa Econômica Federal, maintained a steady flow of downloads throughout the quarter, beginning with 453K and experiencing a slight drop to 352K by the year's end. Its weekly active users saw a more notable rise from 15.5M to a peak of 17.06M in late November.
